How do I start a free trial?

Starting a free trial of the Pro Features is really easy. Simply install the bot, go to Settings > Activate WEB3, and you will be prompted to begin your trial.

Do I have to provide a payment method to start a free trial?

No! We do not ask for payment information during your free trial. If you decide to upgrade after your trial period, we will ask for a payment method at that time.

How can I check the time remaining on my free trial?

Go to the #🛠┆admin channel in your discord server and click the ⚙️Settings button. Here you will see a banner that tells you when the trial is over.

Which features can I test during the free trial?

You can test all of the features of the Pro plan. Please take a look at our pricing page to compare all of the features of our plans.

What happens when my trial is close to expiring?

Our system will notify you when your trial is expiring soon. Specifically, you will receive a notification 24 hours before your trial ends, letting you know that the features of the Pro plan will soon be disabled.

What if I forget about the end of my trial period?

If you don't upgrade by the end of your trial, features of the Pro plan will be disabled. You will also receive notifications two days and 14 days after your trial has expired, informing you about the status of your data. After 14 days, your data will be deleted.

What do I do if I want to continue with the Bear Bot after my trial?

If you wish to continue using the Bear Bot after your free trial, you can subscribe to one of our plans. All the information on our pricing and features can be found on our website.
