Creating a Store Item

To create a Store Item, use the command /create and choose πŸ“¦ Store Item.

Edit Store Item

This option allows you to edit the embed with the information of your store item. You can edit the following:

  • Item Name

  • Description

  • Item Thumbnail

  • Item Image

Edit Settings

Here you can configure the settings of your item like:

  • Price in Points

  • Max of items a member can buy. (Leave blank if unlimited)

  • The stock of the item

Role Settings

This option allows you to limit who can buy the item by roles, as well as by rewarding a role to users who buy the item. Use the 3 selects to choose the fitting roles. Options:

  • Give role on purchase

  • Required role to purchase

  • Exclude a role from buying

Publish the Store Item

To publish use the green πŸš€Publish button, this will send your Store Item in the current channel.

Copy Store Item

To copy an already existing Store Item, copy the message ID from the Store Item you want to duplicate.

If you don't see the option to copy the message ID, enable Developer Mode under Settings -> Advanced -> Developer Mode

Now use the /create type: πŸ“¦ Store Item command. Click the πŸ’ΎCopy Existing button and paste the ID from the message you copied earlier.

Now you see that the entire configuration of the Store item is copied.

Edit Store Item

To edit an already existing Store Item: right click the message -> Apps -> Edit

When clicking Edit, you will now be able to edit the message. For details, follow the steps in Creating a Store Item.

Get CSV file with sales

Members with the role Store Manager and/or administrators can request a csv file containing all sales of an item. To do this click πŸŽ’ My Backpack -> πŸ“„ Get CSV.

CSV files includes:

  • User Tag

  • Price

  • Quantity

  • Wallets (Primary wallet of the user)
